Southbound it connects RFID printers, handheld PDAs, portal readers and POS terminals with multi-device management; northbound it exposes APIs that integrate with ERP, WMS and MES. The data loop can close inside the middleware, or be integrated on a plug-in basis with zero intrusion into your existing systems.
