Store POS to ERP Integration
POS transactions are aggregated in real time and synchronised with ERP inventory, closing the gap between stock and sales data from T+1 to real time. Checkout, stocktake, transfer and return data share one set of definitions, so head office sees every store's sales and stock as it happens.
Start from when a store transaction actually reaches the system.
Scan-to-receive and put-away registration feed the stock ledger in real time.
An RFID counter or scanner completes checkout, and the transaction uploads instantly.
Sales deduction and stock write-back happen in real time, so head office and stores see the same stock.
Handheld stocktake generates a discrepancy list on the spot and returns it to head office.
Full scan trail across store-to-store transfers, returns and exchanges.
Sales and stock summarised by store, region and category, with exception alerts.
Hardware and software delivered together, matched to site conditions.
Handheld PDAs, RFID portal readers and POS terminals for receiving, stocktake, checking and store checkout.
Learn more →Barcode-to-RFID middleware: connects printers, PDAs, portal readers and POS, closing the data loop in the middleware.
Learn more →Batch-level traceability from production to retail, with QR anti-counterfeiting reinforced by an RFID physical lock.
Learn more →Client names are anonymised to protect confidentiality.
POS data was consolidated T+1, so stock and sales never matched and oversell and stockouts were common. We unified POS and handheld terminals, aggregated transactions in real time through the middleware and wrote them into ERP, giving checkout, stocktake and transfers one set of definitions.
Tell us your store count and current POS / ERP setup and we will outline a data integration scope.
